Delivery within Bulgaria

SelectParts.BG delivers throughout Bulgaria via Econt and BoxNow.

Shipping Cost

The standard shipping cost within Bulgaria is €7.99.

For certain shipments, the shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, selected delivery method, or other specific characteristics of the order.

The exact shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders for products in stock placed before 4:00 PM on a business day are usually processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are usually processed on the next business day.

The usual delivery time within Bulgaria is 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected courier and delivery location.

For products with the status “On Order”, the delivery time is determined individually based on supplier availability. If necessary, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the expected delivery time.

Shipment Inspection

We recommend inspecting your shipment upon receipt.

If there is visible damage caused during transportation, you should notify the courier and request that an appropriate damage report be prepared in the presence of a representative of the courier company.

Delivery to European Union Countries

SelectParts.BG delivers to most countries within the European Union.

Shipping Cost

For shipments up to 1 kg, the shipping cost for the respective destination country is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

For shipments over 1 kg, or for oversized products and products with non-standard weight, an additional shipping charge may apply.

The additional charge depends on the total weight and dimensions of the shipment, as well as the destination country.

Where additional clarification of the shipping costs is required, a member of our team will contact you before the order is dispatched to confirm the final shipping cost.

Processing and Delivery Time

Products in stock are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

The usual delivery time to European Union countries is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, courier, and specific delivery address.

For products with the status “On Order”, the delivery time is determined individually based on supplier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information and a tracking number, where tracking is available for the selected delivery method.

Partial Shipments

If necessary, an order may be divided into multiple shipments.

If splitting the order results in a change to the shipping costs, you will be notified in advance.

Restrictions

Some oversized products, products with non-standard weight, or products with specific characteristics may require an individual calculation of the shipping costs.
