COOL-TEC+ is an improved version of the Bar & Plate core. It has staggered internal fins, but their density is chosen so as not to cause turbulence and not reduce its clearance. In addition, the arrangement of the fins forces air to flow across the entire cooling surface. By combining these elements, we achieve very high thermal efficiency while maintaining a low drag coefficient and high performance.
Our intercoolers are among the few that have been tested at over 10 bar.
