Turbosmart IWG75 150mm 10PSI Wastegate Actuator
Turbosmart's upgraded wastegate actuators are engineered to provide the best possible boost response for your factory turbocharger. The Turbosmart IWG75 series actuators benefit from an increased 'working ratio' compared to factory equipment, resulting in improved boost response across the rev range. This improved 'working ratio' is achieved by increasing the effective diaphragm surface area and revisions to the actual springs fitted, leading to greater loading of the forces the actuator works against (boost and back pressure) whilst remaining super responsive. Upgrading with the same base pressure as factory, you can expect a broader boost and torque curve through a peak boost that is achieved earlier in the rev range and held longer, at higher RPMs. These improvements can be amplified with higher base pressures, but tuning and recalibration are likely required.

Epman Greddy RS type Recirculating Blow Off Valve

A blow-off valve is a device for releasing pressure in the intake manifold to prevent turbo compressor surge. When the throttle closes rapidly, the airflow quickly decreases, causing flow instability and pressure fluctuations. Surge can eventually lead to damage to the thrust bearing due to the high loads associated with it. Blow-off valves use a combination of manifold pressure signal and spring force to detect when the throttle is closed.

Epman 50mm Blow Off Valve
 
This is the highest volume valve EPMAN has ever made, designed for motorsports!
With a 50mm (2") aluminum piston, so there are no issues with split diaphragms, we have yet to find the power limits of this valve! The piston uses heat-stabilized viton O-rings and Mobil 1 high-temperature grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals.
The vacuum port is 6mm and fully 360-degree rotatable to suit any installation. This valve is suitable for custom installations only and cannot be installed on a silicone hose. You can choose the screw-on fitting option or the v-band fitting option with the corresponding adapters, which will then be included with your valve and which you can weld to any aluminum pipework in your installation, ideally as close as possible to the throttle body. Available in machine-finished silver or black.
