33mm Swirl Flap Blanks for BMW M47/M57 with Viton O-rings
 
Made in Europe. The material of the blanks is the same as the intake manifold, additionally reinforced with glass fibers. Hardness and durability comparable to aluminum. No differences in thermal expansion between the manifold and the blanks themselves. Viton O-rings, resistant to engine oils and high and low temperatures. 
 
Important information
There are two types of sizes:
- smaller swirl flaps (22 mm), designed for cars manufactured until 2003;
- larger swirl flaps (33 mm), designed for vehicles manufactured after 2005;
- you should measure the opening in the manifold for engines manufactured in 2004. In 2004, two sizes of swirl flaps were used.
However, there are exceptions to this rule and a definitive statement is not possible.

Epman 50mm Blow Off Valve
 
This is the highest volume valve EPMAN has ever made, designed for motorsports!
With a 50mm (2") aluminum piston, so there are no issues with split diaphragms, we have yet to find the power limits of this valve! The piston uses heat-stabilized viton O-rings and Mobil 1 high-temperature grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals.
The vacuum port is 6mm and fully 360-degree rotatable to suit any installation. This valve is suitable for custom installations only and cannot be installed on a silicone hose. You can choose the screw-on fitting option or the v-band fitting option with the corresponding adapters, which will then be included with your valve and which you can weld to any aluminum pipework in your installation, ideally as close as possible to the throttle body. Available in machine-finished silver or black.
