Plow for Yamaha - front, quick mount.

The system used makes it easy to mount the plow by clicking it onto the mounting plate, without the need for additional connecting screws. The frame-mounted assembly remains with the machine even when the plow is not in use - it does not reduce the chassis ground clearance and acts as a front shield for the ATV.

Frame construction:

Robust steel frame construction, made of pipes with a diameter of 38 mm and a wall thickness of 2.6 mm.
The frame structure includes sheet metal with a thickness of 5-6 mm.

Plow blade:

The plow blade is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal.
Additional reinforcement of the blade with 5 mm thick sheet metal ribs for stability and durability.

Adjustability:

The appearance of error P2015 (intake flap actuator motor fault) or error 008213 (intake manifold flap position sensor fault) is caused by a plastic limiting part mounted on the axle inside the manifold, which is driven by the actuator motor.
Our repair kit limits the actuator motor's movement to the same range as when it was brand new.
