EGR Delete Kit for BMW B57 3.0d Engines

This EGR delete kit for BMW B57 engines mechanically blanks off the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system on BMW B57, B57O and B57T diesels.

It includes the blanking plates, gaskets, cooling system caps and plugs needed to seal the ports once the EGR valve and EGR cooler are removed or isolated.

It fits the BMW 3, 5, 6 GT, 7 and 8 Series, X3, X4, X5, X6 and X7 versions listed below. Check your engine and BMW type code to choose correctly.

Before Fitting

Once the EGR valve is removed or blanked, the ECU may log a missing signal or system fault and switch on a warning light. An ECU software adaptation by a qualified tuner is usually needed for correct operation.
